WELCOME TO AUTUMN TRAINING 2024

 The season runs from January 26 to June 08, and it will be held at the Frescati Sports Center.  

Membership packages are detailed as follows:

• Package 1: Friday Only – 3250 kr (3000 kr for  members)
• Package 2: Saturday Only – 3250 kr (3000 kr for  members)
• Package 3: Friday & Saturday – 4750 kr (4500 kr for  members)

The packages are for 20 weeks, with either 30 or 60 hours based on the package selected, and offer 2 sessions per week. Each session is 1.5 hours long, with slots available from 6-7:30 pm and 7:30-9 pm.
